We have thought a lot about what can we do to help during this really hard time. That's why on March 11 we launched a campaign to support both companies and testers.
Our initiative includes*:
- Free tests on e-commerce checkouts. E-commerce websites have been literally assaulted, causing their weaknesses (both in UX and functionality) to emerge. AppQuality wants to help these websites perform at their best to preserve their brand image, not loose revenue and not disappoint customers' expectations and needs. We shouldn't forget that their current performance is going to affect their businesses even after the emergency.
- Free online consultation on smart working. AppQuality has a strong expertise in smart working and it would be happy to share it with as many managers as possible. Our Quality Leaders (PM) are connected every day with a crowd of testers who work remotely from all around the world. They surely are great resources for smart working management.
- Prioritization in the selection of testers. Our community has never stopped testing remotely. We decided to give priority to those testers living in the most affected Italian provinces.
